1. Refund & Transfer
Unless required by law (e.g., minor accounts), Redemption Codes cannot be refunded or transferred after purchase. Balances are non-refundable.

3. Usage Limit
Codes are single-use only and expire immediately after redemption.
4. Validity
(1) Redemption codes must be used within 1 year upon receipt.
(2) The credits redeemed are valid for 1 year from the date of redemption.
(3) Redemption Codes may have additional validity periods, subject to official rules.
5. Violations
Sino Express Intelligence Co., Limited may freeze accounts/revoke Codes without compensation for misuse.
6. Force Majeure
Not liable for Code unavailability due to natural disasters/system failures, but will try to resolve.
7. Updates
Sino Express Intelligence Co., Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

1. EV Charging Credit Pack (the “Product”) is provided by Sino Express Intelligence Co., Limited (the “Merchant”). The Product is bound by the terms and conditions set by the Merchant. 2. The Product and promotion are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.
3. Confirmed orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
4. The Product cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, other vouchers, products or bonus points. The Product cannot be returned or refunded.
5. The Product may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice by MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club.
6. MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-Shop without prior notice.
7. In case of any dispute, MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the rights of final decision. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version will prevail.
8. Limitation of Liability: MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product. The Hong Kong Motor Club’s liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid for the Product.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
10. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
