Redemption Method: Please provide your car model and license number in the remarks during order confirmation. Our customer service team will send a redemption letter to your registered email. Based on your car model, the letter will include the contact number of the designated service center for making an appointment.

MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club Terms & Conditions

1. All-in-one Maintenance Plan (the “Product”) is provided by MOTORMECH (the “Merchant”). The Product is bound by the terms and conditions set by the Merchant. For details, please contact the Merchant. Quality of selected products are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchant/ service provider. MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club is not responsible or liable in anyway.

2. The Product and promotion are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.

3. Confirmed orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

4. The Product cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, other vouchers, products or bonus points. The Product cannot be returned or refunded.

5. The Product may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice by MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club.

6. MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-Shop without prior notice.

7. In case of any dispute, MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the rights of final decision. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version will prevail.

8. Limitation of Liability: MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product. The Hong Kong Motor Club’s liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid for the Product.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

MOTORMECH｜Terms and Conditions

1. Service includes the labour charges, specified parts and materials.

2. Service is non-refundable.

3. Two sets are valid for 12 months from the purchase date; three sets are valid for 18 months and four or more sets are valid for 24 months.

4. For the free towing service:

i. It is only applicable to the nearest MOTORMECH Kowloon Bay Flagship Centre.

ii. It is only applicable within Hong Kong territory (exclusion of restricted zone / prohibited zone / closed road).

iii. Related extra fee such as car park, dolly and any additional charges will be charged separately.

iv. The validity of this towing service will be identical to the validity of the Package (please refer to point 3 of terms and conditions), un-redeemed towing service will be voided upon the completion of package with no refund will be arrange.

v. The free towing service is not applicable to flat tyre conditions.

5. The validity of the free ozone service will be identical to the validity of the package. (please refer to point 3 of terms and conditions).

6. A waste disposal fee will be charged for each time of service.

7. The price is subject to change without prior notice.

8. In case of any disputes, MOTORMECH reserves the right to make the final decision.
