How to Redeem:

Customers should book each maintenance service at least 7 working days in advance via WhatsApp (+852 5640 0515) or email at [email protected], specifying preferred service date, time, and location. A Redemption Letter issued by MOTOGO will be sent within 7 working days after successful booking. Customers must present the Redemption Letter at the selected service center to redeem the service.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The first basic maintenance service under the TOYOTA Genuine Maintenance Package must be redeemed within 3 months from the purchase date. All maintenance services must be redeemed within 2 years.

2. Members must redeem the service within the validity period; expired vouchers will not be accepted.

3. Members must book each maintenance services at least 7 working days in advance via WhatsApp or email with the order number provided.

4. To reschedule, please contact MOTOGO at least 3 working days in advance via WhatsApp or email.

5. Final appointment date and time are subject to confirmation by MOTOGO.

6. This service is provided by Dongguan Shenye (Toyota). The Product is bound by the terms and conditions set by the Merchant. For details, please contact the Merchant. Quality of selected products are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchant/ service provider. MOTOGO is not responsible or liable in anyway.

7. The Product cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, other vouchers, products or bonus points. The Product cannot be returned or refunded.
