Maintenance Service A

Purpose: Essential maintenance to ensure the vehicle remains in good condition.

Service Location:

Jiangmen Heli (江門合禮) - No. 10, Xinhui Avenue East, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province

 

How to Redeem:

Customers should book the service at least 7 working days in advance via WhatsApp (+852 5640 0515) or email at [email protected], specifying preferred service date, time, and location. A Redemption Letter issued by MOTOGO will be sent within 7 working days after successful booking. Customers must present the Redemption Letter at the selected service center to redeem the service.

MOTOGO Care (Guangdong & Macau); valid for one month starting from the reserved service date; unlimited usage during the coverage period)

 

Remarks: Members must provide their Chinese full name, English full name, Date of birth, email address and HKID via WhatsApp (+852 5640 0515) or email to [email protected] within 3 days upon successful registration. Members who fail to provide complete information or submit will considered as invalid. A confirmation letter issued by MOTOGO will be sent within 7 days upon successful redemption.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Mercedes-Benz Maintenance Service Redemption Period is 3 months starting from the purchase date.

2. Members must redeem the service within the validity period; expired vouchers will not be accepted.

3. Reservations must be made at least 7 working days in advance via WhatsApp or email with the order number provided.

4. To reschedule, please contact MOTOGO at least 3 working days in advance via WhatsApp or email.

5. Final appointment date and time are subject to confirmation by MOTOGO.
