Reservation Method:  After completing your order, please contact customer service via WhatsApp at +852 9333 0780, providing your car model and license plate number. Customer service will assist you in scheduling an appointment with a designated service center based on your car model and selected service location, and will send a redemption confirmation email to your email address.

1. This service must be reserved before the expiration date of 31 March, 2026. Customers are advised to be mindful of the usage period and to contact Customer Service Team for reservations within the valid time frame; any reservations made after this date will be deemed void without further notice. 
2. Customers are required to make a reservation at least 2 working days prior. EV Battery Test is applicable to specific models of electric vehicles. Please WhatsApp +852 9333 0780 first to confirm your vehicle model is eligible, then proceed with the order.  Please provide the order number for verification when making the reservation.
3. If your model is not applicable, you will receive a complimentary air conditioning cleaning service.
4. Service includes the labour charges, specified parts and materials.
5. The service is provided by DAH CHONG HONG (MOTOR SERVICE CENTRE) LTD. (the “Merchant”). The Product is bound by the terms and conditions set by the Merchant. For details, please contact the Merchant. Quality of selected products are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchant/ service provider. Hong Kong Motor Club is not responsible or liable in anyway.
6. This promotion may not be combined with any other offers.
7. Any expired reservations will be rendered void without further notice.
8. This service is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable.
