MOTOGO Member Exclusive Offer T9 Rewards
Terms and conditions 

1. MOTOGO Member Exclusive T9 Allowance Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 September 2025 through 31 October 2025 11:59pm (“Promotion Period”). 

2. Members who spend HK$2,000 on any products (excluding Car Repair and Beauty Services) (“Designated Products”) during Promotion Period can redeem a MOTOGO member exclusive Tropical Cyclone Allowance ("Allowance") for free. 

3. Each MOTOGO Member can redeem the Allowance once only within 2025. 

4. The Allowance is only applicable when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal 9 or higher is in effect for at least 4 consecutive hours. 

5. Redemption details: Member should contact MOTOGO Customer Care via email at [email protected] within 3 business days after purchasing Designated Products. Members who fail to provide complete information or submit after the deadline will have their redemption deemed invalid. A confirmation letter issued by MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club will be sent within 7 days upon successful redemption. 

6. The Allowance cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, other vouchers, products or bonus points. The Allowance cannot be returned or refunded. 

7. Allowance and Promotion are limited on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts. 

8. The Allowance may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice by MOTOGO｜ Hong Kong Motor Club. 

9. MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-Shop without prior notice. 

10. In case of any dispute, MOTOGO | Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the rights of final decision. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version will prevail. 

11. Allowance Coverage 
    The following provides an overview of each coverage and its coverage amount. 

¹ For the avoidance of doubt, each tropical cyclone will qualify for one-time coverage. Covered Event 1 and Covered Event 2 cannot be covered for the same tropical cyclone. Each member can receive the Allowance twice within the Coverage Period, with the maximum allowance amount being the coverage limit for Covered Event 1. For clarity, once the allowance for Covered Event 1 is issued, it is considered to have reached the maximum limit, and no further allowances will be issued to the member within the allowance period. If members have received one allowance for Covered Event 2 within the allowance period and Covered Event 1 occurs subsequently, the member may receive an allowance equal to the difference between the two Coverage Summary, Allowance amount up to 250,000 MOTOS. Please refer to the Allowance Confirmation Notice for the Coverage Period.

² The validity of the MOTOS issued from Allowance is 3 months.
