Eligibility

Participants must be valid Hong Kong Motor Club | MOTOGO members and must use the Hong Kong Motor Club | MOTOGO ESSO 810 Corporate Card to purchase fuel at participating ESSO stations in Hong Kong during the promotion period.

Registration Method

Eligible members must submit a clear photo of their original fuel receipt via Hong Kong Motor Club Customer Service WhatsApp Hotline (+852 9333 0780) after fueling. The receipt must clearly show:

• ESSO 810 Card number
• Transaction date
• Transaction time
• Fuel purchase amount

Reward Details and Restrictions

1. Members who accumulate actual fuel spending of HK$1,500 or above under the same ESSO 810 Card account within a calendar month will be entitled to one HK$100 Fuel Coupon.

2. Multiple fuel receipts within the same calendar month may be combined to meet the spending requirement. Each receipt may only be registered and counted once. Duplicate submissions are not accepted. Cross-month accumulation is not permitted.

3. Each eligible member may redeem the reward once only during the promotion period.

4. Fuel coupon will be mailed by ordinary post within 30 working days after receipt verification. DCH Mobility shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or delivery failure arising from postal services, and replacement Coupon will not be issued.

5. The HK$100 Fuel Coupon is subject to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher, including but not limited to usage requirements, validity period, and applicable fuel products.

6. All coupon are subject to an expiry date. Expired vouchers will be forfeited and will not be reissued.

7. Fuel Coupon are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be converted into membership points.

General Terms and Conditions

2. This promotion is only applicable at licensed ESSO service stations in Hong Kong and is subject to both the Hong Kong Motor Club | MOTOGO Membership Terms and Conditions and applicable ESSO usage terms. All receipts and personal information submitted via WhatsApp will be handled in accordance with the Hong Kong Motor Club | MOTOGO Privacy Policy.

3. Fuel vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

4. If an eligible member's Hong Kong Motor Club | MOTOGO account or Hong Kong Motor Club | MOTOGO ESSO 810 Corporate Card is suspended, terminated, or found to be involved in fraudulent activity, submission of false or forged receipts, abuse of the promotion, or any misconduct, Hong Kong Motor Club | MOTOGO reserves the right to disqualify the participant and/or cancel any awarded voucher without prior notice or compensation.

5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

6. DCH Mobility reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of DCH Mobility shall be final and binding.
