Terms and Conditions
MOTOGO Member Exclusive MOTOGO Care (Guangdong & Macau) Travel Insurance (the “Promotion”) is valid from 2 February 2026 through 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
During the Promotion Period, members who purchase the designated product(s) or make a single purchase upon specified amount (“Eligible Orders”) during the Promotion Period can redeem MOTOGO Care (Guangdong & Macau) Travel Insurance (“Privileges”). Details are as follows:

3. Each member can redeem the Privileges only once during the Promotion Period. Redemption is final and non-reversible.
4. Upon completion of Eligible Orders, members must contact customer service within three (3) working days via WhatsApp (+852 5640 0515) or email at [email protected] and provide the following information for redemption: Chinese full name, English full name, date of birth, email address, and Hong Kong Identity Card number (The data will be used solely for the purpose of processing this Privileges and registering with the insurance company). Upon receipt of complete information, the confirmation letter will be issued by email within seven (7) working days.
5. The coverage period is one (1) month or three (3) months from the confirmation letter issued date, according to the corresponding Eligible Order, with unlimited usage during the coverage period. Please refer to the insurance confirmation letter for details.
6. The Privileges cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, other vouchers, products or bonus points. The Privileges cannot be returned or refunded.
7. Privileges and Promotion are limited on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.
8. The Privileges may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice by MOTOGO｜ Hong Kong Motor Club.
9. MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-Shop without prior notice.
10. In case of any dispute, MOTOGO | Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the rights of final decision. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version will prevail.
