Hong Kong Motor Club Membership Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before you use the Hong Kong Motor Club Membership Card (including an e-membership card) (hereinafter called "the Card"). Upon usingr the Card, you will be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and are bound by them.

1. The Hong Kong Motor Club Membership Card remains the property of Dah Chong Hong Holdings Ltd. (hereinafter called Hong Kong Motor Club/ the Club), and will be surrendered by the Cardholder upon Hong Kong Motor Club's request.
2. "Cardholder" means the individual or company to whom the Card is issued.
3. The Membership Card can only be used for the registered vehicle(s). Any change of vehicle information & additional vehicle information has to be submitted to Hong Kong Motor Club for registration before the benefits can be applied to such vehicle(s).
4. The Cardholder shall promptly notify the Club in writing of any changes in residential address and / or office address and / or any other information provided to the Club in connection with the application of the Card.
5. In the event of the Cardholder no longer requiring the facility, the Cardholder must notify the Club in writing for cancellation.
6. The Club reserves the right from time to time to change and / or cancel any terms and conditions of this agreement without advance notice.
7. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. 
8. If there is any difference between the English language text of these terms and conditions and the Chinese language text, the English text shall be conclusive.
9. In the event of any dispute, the Club's decision will be final.

Terms and Conditions of e-shop:

1. All confirmed orders and delivery method cannot be changed or cancelled.
2. Items cannot be returned or refunded for non-quality reasons.
3. All inventory supply of products is subject to Hong Kong Motor Club. Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to cancel the order if the selected products are out of stock.
4. All promotion and discount codes are only applicable on e-shop, and are subject to terms and conditions. 
5. Selected products are only available for delivery.
6. The risks should be borne by customers for losing the delivered product under any circumstance. Hong Kong Motor Club would not bear any loss regarding to delay or damage of delivery products. 
7. The shipping rate will be determined according to the parcel’s actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Please refer to https://bit.ly/sf_expressrates for details.
8. Coupons may carry different validity periods and are subject to the terms and conditions of respective merchants. Lost, amended, damaged or expired coupons will not be re-issued or replaced.
9. Quality of selected products are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchant/ service provider. Hong Kong Motor Club is not responsible or liable in anyway.
10. Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-Shop without prior notice. 
11. In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the rights of final decision. 
     

Terms and Conditions of Bonus Point Redemption: 

1. All gifts are redeemed on a first-come-first-served basis. If  selected item is out of stock, members will be notified via mail or phone.
2. Redeemed items cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded for cash or bonus points.
3. Quality of gifts and maintenance services are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchant/ service provider. Hong Kong Motor Club is not responsible or liable in anyway. Required payment/ bonus points are subject to change without prior notice. 
4. For redemption of "Rent-A-Car Service" items, please note that the vehicle model used for providing the service is subject to availability. More T&Cs apply to the car rental service. 
5. Gift redemption letters are valid on or before the expiry date indicated and shall be void upon its expiration. For the expired of gift collection, redeemed bonus points are void and cash is non-refundable. 
6. Coupons redeemed may carry different validity periods and are subject to the terms and conditions of respective merchants. Lost, amended, damaged or expired coupons will not be re-issued or replaced.
7. If the cheque is bounced / bank-in process is not successful, we will notify members by phone.
8. Members can call our member hotline about the redemption request status before the bonus point expiry date; otherwise, bonus points will be forfeited after the expiry date. 
9. Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Bonus Point Redemption Program without prior notice. 
10. In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the rights of final decision.
